Our aim at Herts Pain and Injury is to help you return to your sport as quickly and safely as possible, whether you’re an elite athlete or you just enjoy playing tennis once a week!

We will never advise you stop exercise completely while you’re having treatment with us, we will work with you to find alternatives that you can continue with safely. If you remain active and fit, the return to full sport is a lot easier when your body is ready.

We’ll provide bespoke rehab programs that you can continue with between appointments and educate you on how to prevent injuries in the future.

We will are more than happy to communicate with your coach to help adapt your training as necessary.

If you are working alongside a consultant or are recovering from surgery, we are more than happy to liaise and communicate with them throughout the process.
